We don't recommend products just to make a sale. We only recommend service packages that are practical and appropriate for your company and goals. If we're not a good fit for your site and business, we will let you know.

We enjoy what we do, and want our clients to enjoy working with us. We strive to make every interaction with us efficient and stress-free.

4. SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE
Our whole team is located in Colchester, Essex and we make a point to communicate and answer all questions in plain English without technical jargon.

5. PROVIDE REASONABLE PRICING AND STAND BY IT
We work efficiently so we can provide you with reasonable fixed pricing. When we quote a price, we stick to it. You will know exactly how much each project will cost.

6. DELIVER ON A FIXED TIME LINE
Every one of our proposals includes a projected time line. When we are recommending a service that we are not installing (e.g. BT lines) we will always base the timeline on the knowledge and experience that we have had whilst working with that third party organisation, NOT the estimated published timelines.

7. GUARANTEE EVERYTHING WE DO
We guarantee all our work. If you're not completely satisfied with our work, just let us know within two weeks of your project delivery and we'll make it right or refund your money.
